had a great 7 nights at this hotel! the comfy room was nice and quiet with a great bed (even tho one slat was broken lol). loved the spa area, especially the pool, and it was super cool that kids over 6 could join in! the staff was really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. oh, and the view from the wellness area was anazing!

The stunning views from the balcony made every morning a treat! We loved the spacious Family Room with two bedrooms. Just a bit disappointed with the dinner wait times. 🏔️

The family room was spacious, with two bedrooms and a kitchen, providing a nice balance of comfort for all. I loved having a balcony with views of the stunning Wilder Kaiser mountains. it really made the mornings special.

Had some issues with the food quality at dinner—one meal was downright inedible, which shouldn't happen at a place like this. On top of that, noise from unsupervised kids running around at night was a bit of a headache. They could really use a signage to inform guests better about how to manage the bar and drink receipts. felt awkward having to ask for them repeatedly. Lastly, had some quirks with the heating in the room, making it tricky to get comfortable. Parking was also a challenge. finding a spot right at the hotel was tougher than hauling cargo through an asteroid field.

The spacious Comfort Triple Room was quiet and had an excellent bed, though one slat was broken and kept popping out. The wellness area impressed with a bright, clean pool and inviting saunas, ideal for unwinding after outdoor activities. the spa can get quite busy during peak times and the dining experience had some long wait times, which slightly detracted from our enjoyment.

Just a solid selection for a brief retreat in Ellmau with good value. I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub which was a nice surprise after a day of activities. Definitely check the wellness amenities for a good time!

the hospitality here is outstanding and the varied menu offers plenty of delicious choices. breakfast includes fresh pastries, cereals, and made-to-order eggs which are delightful. the wellness area has a fabulous pool and great spa services.

during my stay, I truly appreciated how close the hotel was to attractions like the beautiful Schleierfall waterfall, which is just over 5 km away, and a few steps from cozy local dining options like Cafe-Restaurant Bergland, only a short stroll away, making my walks around ellmau so enjoyable.
